About Our Villa

This lovely home is furnished to a high standard and is equipped with everything you will need for a wonderful holiday. It has its own private, fully-screened pool and spa complete with plenty of luxury patio furniture. The sun deck with lake view has been extended to maximise the sunbathing area whilst the covered lanai provides welcome shade from the heat of the day.
The property is fully air-conditioned and for additional comfort there are ceiling fans in the family room, the master bedroom and on the lanai.
The layout of this villa is perfectly suited to 2 families or a large group. The 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite) make it ideal for people who want to holiday with a group but also like to have their own space.

Downstairs:

1 double bedroom, en-suite facilities, patio doors to pool deck.
1 twin bedded room with en-suite facilities. By using a twin doubler the twin beds can be converted into a king-size bed if required.
Spacious open-plan family/dining room leading onto pool deck.
Separate comfortable sitting room.
Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge- freezer etc.
All patio doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for added child safety.

Cable TV with 72 channels is provided in several rooms as well as DVD and CD players. There is also a selection of books, board games and CDs for your entertainment.

Our home comfortably accommodates 10 (12 if the queen sleeper in the sitting room is used ) and we feel it offers all the ingredients for a fantastic holiday.
